The Tropical Technologies Community site, in its current state, is exactly one year old today!

The site got some updates, upgrades and the design has been tweaked a lot in the last two weeks. I hope you like the new style!

We will also most likely move to a different server in the next month. I hope that won't be too difficult and nothing gets lost. The new server should be fast as hell! Fingers crossed!

Good news! I just installed two small updates - one is the "remember me" box in the left panel. That one will keep you logged in all the time. I really missed it ...
The second update was a small fix which got rid of the "you changed this and that, wait until we redirect you" page. It should speed up browsing a lot, I hope.

If any of those changes alters your browsing experience in a bad way, let me know!

What a pity, the "remember me" update doesn't work as expected. But I've edited someting else, the result should be the same. Once logged in, you should stay logged in about a week. We'll see if that works ...

OK the last week was a little weird ... my domain got transferred to a different provider (by accident) and it took some time getting it back. That's why the site was not available.

But now the site is back and it is better than ever! I used the time to replace the download module, and I hope i found all the bugs and fixed them ;)

The big server move is still coming though ... I expect it to be in febuary.

Edit: I forgot, there is one thing i wasn't able to fix: the notifications. All of them have been reset, you have to set them again if you want to be notified of changes (only for registered users, of course).

Well that was faster than i expected - the server move is done! Well at least the most of it. The site is already running on the new server, only the domain needs to be transferred to the provider.

In the meantime, I hope i fixed all the loose ends i saw - if something is not working on this site, please tell me.
