Hello,
It's not often you get to be the first in a forum!! Just like to say that the UPnP plugin is a great idea and exactly what I was looking for, along with the features of Samurize it is a great combination. However I'm having one big problem with the plugin, I mainly use the get bytes transfered and bytes received function on a Linux based NB5 Modem/Router. This works well intially, however after maybe 30 seconds of operation at 1000ms refresh rate it locks up the client and I have to do a forced close and try again. If I increase the refresh rate to 5000ms is lasts much longer but still either locks up the client or the values just dissappear and I need to reload the config file to get them to display again.... Any ideas??

not really ... the problem is, i thought it would be a good idea to use an open source library to do the actual upnp stuff, so i used cyberlink/cybergarage package from sourceforge. it doesn't seem to be supported at all though, or developed any longer. i fixed some memory leaks in the library but for example it does not seem to work with dlink routers at all.
the best thing to do would be to reprogram it using the microsoft library, but i currently don't have the time to do it. but i hope to do it in a few months.
